These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of QuickDraft (the "Service") located at quickdraft.in. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
QuickDraft is a free, browser-based writing tool that allows users to create, edit, and optionally share drafts. Drafts are stored in the user's browser by default. Some features (such as shareable links and password-protected drafts) may store content on our servers in encrypted form solely for the purpose of providing those features.
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 years old in the European Economic Area and United Kingdom) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for your User Content and for the consequences of sharing it. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, and transmit User Content solely as necessary to operate the Service and to provide the features you request (such as a shareable link).
We do not actively monitor User Content but reserve the right to remove or disable access to content that we believe violates these Terms or applicable law.
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by QuickDraft and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights granted to you in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services (including advertisers) that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third party. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and policies.
The Service may display advertising provided by third-party ad networks, including Google AdSense. By using the Service, you acknowledge that ads may appear and that ad partners may set cookies as described in our Privacy Policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DATA WILL BE PRESERVED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL QUICKDRAFT, ITS OPERATORS, OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD 100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless QuickDraft and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be notified through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
