We are a small team and we read every message that comes in. Most emails receive a personal reply within one to two business days. During busy periods or weekends, please allow up to a week for a response. We do not use automated triage or chatbots, so when you hear from us, it is a real person who has read your note.
To help us help you faster, please include any relevant context: the browser and operating system you are using, the URL of the draft you are asking about (if applicable), and a clear description of what you were trying to do. Screenshots are welcome if they help illustrate the issue.
Technical issues. If a draft is not loading, a feature is not working, or you encountered an error message, we want to know. Bug reports help us improve the service for everyone.
Feature requests. Do you have an idea for something that would make QuickDraft more useful? We keep a list of requested features and review it regularly when planning new releases.
Account questions. Need help recovering access, deleting your account, or exporting your data? We can walk you through the process.
Privacy concerns. If you have a question about how your data is handled, please refer to our Privacy Policy first. For specific concerns not addressed there, contact us directly.
Press and partnerships. Journalists, bloggers, and potential partners are welcome to reach out for interviews, quotes, or collaboration discussions.
We cannot recover passwords or content from drafts you have lost the URL for. The privacy-first design of QuickDraft means we do not have a way to look up drafts by user identity. Please bookmark your draft URLs and keep your passwords in a safe place.
We also cannot moderate content posted by other users on drafts you did not create. If you believe a draft contains illegal content, please refer to the abuse reporting instructions in our Terms of Service.
For updates on new features, security improvements, and product news, please check this page periodically. We do not maintain a mailing list because we believe inboxes are sacred. When we have something important to share, we post it on the site itself.
